Reseda Retrofitting by Feder’s Co. are services offered to Realtors, Sellers, Buyers and Escrow Companies during the point-of-sale process in order to facilitate the transition and satisfy requirements at close of escrow. Reseda retrofit by definition means “to provide with parts, devices or equipment required by State and local ordinances, which were not in existence or available at the time of construction or prior sale”.

 

Reseda Retrofitting and retrofitting in Los Angeles means that before selling your home or commercial property you may need to modify, upgrade, replace, and/or install specific elements in order to facilitate compliance with the safety and conservation requirements of Reseda and California ordinances. In Reseda, California the law requires buyers and sellers to make sure that they meet the requirements of having carbon monoxide detectors, water conservation (Ultra low-flush toilets and low flow shower heads), smoke detectors, water heater strapping and bracing, sliding door impact hazard glazing and automatic Seismic gas shut-off valves.
